I get tired of eating rice every once in a while and with that comes the longing for something new and extraordinary stuff that is not normally prepared on the family table. Spicy Pork Sausage Burger and Baked Potato are very comforting in times when I get tired of munching on rice, not to mention quick and easy to make.

Spicy Pork Sausage
Ingredients:
- 1 kilo fresh, ground pork
- 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- salt to taste
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together with your hands Pork, red pepper, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic and salt. Form patties. Fry in a skillet over medium heat until well done or grill. Place sausage and american cheese in a bun. Serve.
Baked Potato
Ingredients:
- Potatoes, sliced in cubes
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- a dash of mixed herbs (basil, rosemary, thyme and taragon)
Directions:
Place potatoes in a baking pan, mix in salt, pepper and mixed herbs with your hands and pour over olive oil. Place pan in a preheated oven for 30 minutes in 350 degrees.
